Heze Pursman Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Mingkang Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Innovation Incubation Park. As a key component of Heze City's "One Port, Four Parks" biopharmaceutical industry layout, it adopts an "in-park park" model to precisely connect with outstanding domestic API and pharmaceutical intermediate R&D companies. It aims to create the premier API innovation incubation park in Northern Jiangsu, featuring comprehensive hardware facilities and excellent software services.

The project is situated within the Juancheng Chemical Industrial Park, covering a total area of 453.46 acres, with a total construction area of approximately 123,300 m2 and a total floor area ratio of about 280,000 m2. The total investment is approximately 700 million yuan. The park includes 24 production units, supported by three major functional centers: a quality inspection center, an intelligent center, and a wastewater treatment center, along with one central tank farm and related public utilities such as firefighting, water, electricity, and steam pipelines. Each production unit consists of a Class A workshop, Class A warehouses for categories 1, 2, 5, and 6, Class A warehouses for categories 3 and 4, a power workshop, a hazardous waste storage facility, a Class C warehouse, and a control room.
