Panzhihua Steel Enterprise Xinyu Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in the Panzhihua Vanadium and Titanium Industrial Park in Sichuan Province. The company adopts the world's technologically advanced and economically most reasonable ion membrane electrolysis alkali production technology. The main production equipment, testing instruments, and safety and environmental protection facilities are imported from Europe, America, Japan, and other countries. The entire process utilizes a DCS control system, integrating 4C technology to ensure stable production, optimized processes, and high-quality products.

The groundbreaking ceremony for this facility took place on December 11, 2005. Equipment installation and debugging were completed in June 2007, qualified products were produced in July 2007, and full-line operation began in August 2007, marking the start of continuous production. The total investment for the entire project is approximately 280 million yuan, covering an area of 125 acres. The main products include: 50,000 tons/year of caustic soda (of which 73% is flake soda), 40,000 tons/year of liquid chlorine, and 15,000 tons/year of hydrochloric acid.
