Nantong Volant Chemistry Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established in December 2004 by Hong Kong Aivy Chemical Co., Ltd., Nantong Aoji New Material Co., Ltd., and SHENGRUN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. Located at No. 1 Huanghai Third Road, Rudong Coastal Economic Development Zone, Nantong City, it covers a total area of 49,407.35 square meters with a registered capital of USD 11.51 million. The company specializes in the production of chemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates.
The company integrates research and development, manufacturing, and sales services, focusing primarily on the R&D, pilot-scale production, and sales of new specialty chemical raw materials for pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical intermediates, specialty plasticizers, benzenesulfonyl series, and polymer monomers. It has established a technically robust R&D department, a pilot production base with scalable capacity, and a standardized quality inspection department. The company maintains long-term stable business contracts with dozens of production and development clients in Europe, America, Japan, and other regions. In 2022, its taxable sales reached RMB 312 million, with tax payments of RMB 16.63 million.
