Main Uses

　　In industry: Used for cleaning precision instruments, degreasing metal surfaces, and as a solvent for rubber and plastics.

　　Food industry: Removing oils from food raw materials (such as nuts, meat products) (must meet food-grade standards).

　　Cosmetics industry: Used for cleaning oily stains, such as in makeup removers (however, due to irritation, residue must be strictly controlled).

　　Organic Synthesis

　　Used as a reaction medium (dissolving non-polar reactants), or for the recrystallization and purification of solid organic compounds (utilizing its low boiling point and high volatility for easy subsequent drying).
