Dalian Yipu Flame Retardant Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology-based enterprise integrating brucite mining and mineral processing; production and modification of ultrafine powders; research and development, design of new products, and domestic and international trade. The total annual production scale of powders is 100,000 tons. The company has established cooperative relationships with the School of Chemical Engineering at Dalian University of Technology, the Bengbu Glass Design & Research Institute of China National Building Materials, and the Non-Metallic Design Research Institute. It also possesses advanced laboratory testing instruments and experimental equipment. The company selects high-quality brucite ore from Fengcheng in southern Liaoning and utilizes advanced production processes and equipment to process and produce ultrafine powders. Surface activation treatment is carried out in continuous modification equipment to produce MH low-smoke, halogen-free flame retardants. It can produce nano-grade heavy calcium polymer material fillers and modifications. Additionally, it can produce magnesium hydroxide for sewage treatment agents and wet flue gas desulfurization agents.
