It can be used together with cationic and non-ionic softening agents. Free formaldehyde content:1-2%. It is widely used to treat cotton fabric, functioning as durable resin finishing agents with shrink and crease proof properties. It reacts with OH groups of cotton fiber to form a net polymer which can be absorbed tightly by fabric fiber. It is especially suitable for the resin finishing of bleached cotton cloth, as after treatment, fabrics are with low rate of yellowing while absorbing chlorine and less chlorine loss. Recommended Dosage: Application in Impregnation liquid 1. Stiffening agent +water+ Catalyst (mixing ratio of 1: 3: 0.3) 2. dilute the resin with same amount of cold water, stir evenly, then add catalyst(1/4 of resin amount), and mix well.
