Hire a professional organization to evaluate the existing system and identify gaps with QC080000 (such as missing documents, insufficient testing frequency).

System Establishment:

Establish an HSF implementation team, compile system documents, and conduct full staff training (key positions must pass exams).

Trial Run + Internal Audit:

Simulate audits and rectify issues (such as less than 100% testing of supplier materials, incomplete record forms).

Certification Audit:

Stage 1 (Document Review): Check the compliance of manuals and procedure documents;

Stage 2 (On-site Audit): Randomly inspect production lines, warehouses, testing laboratories, and interview employees.
