One intrinsically safe motor protection device with four monitoring points per motor

     Each motor's monitoring points are divided into two points for front and rear bearings (temperature monitoring points), and two points for horizontal and vertical directions (vibration monitoring points). The sensors at these monitoring points are magnetically installed for convenience and speed. Therefore, when selecting which protection device to use, we base our decision on on-site requirements to avoid unnecessary trouble for customers. We have performance records from mines such as Jingxin Coal Mine, Shanbula Coal Mine, Liu Lin Coal Mine, Huating Yanxia Township Coal Mine, and Liuwan Coal Mine, which customers can visit and inspect.

Motor protection device function configuration:

(1) Monitoring of motor vibration during normal equipment operation.

(2) Monitoring of the temperature of the front and rear bearings (resistance) during normal equipment operation.

(3) Optimization of the algorithm for temperature measurement data to make temperature calculations faster.

(4) Automatic alarm when the measured temperature exceeds the set temperature value.

(5) Equipped with audible and visual alarm functions and remote audible and visual alarm functions.

(6) Can be configured with an RS485 remote data transmission interface, enabling data exchange with the host computer system in the control room for cluster monitoring of multiple motors.
