Structural Features
Gate Leaf Structure: Utilizes a lattice panel design, with small gates being integrally cast and medium to large gates assembled in sections. The support system includes main wheels, side wheels, and counter wheels. Plane gates often employ oil-impregnated nylon sliders (with a friction coefficient one-third that of steel).
Sealing System: Foam rubber strips are installed around the perimeter, with gaps controlled to ≤0.1 mm when fully closed to ensure effective water retention.
Embedded Components: Include main tracks, lintels, sills, and other parts, anchored to secondary concrete via anchor bolts.
