The QPG type high-lift winch hoist is a device specifically designed for water conservancy projects, primarily used for controlling the opening and closing operations of large and medium-sized gates. Its core features are as follows:
Scope of Application
Suitable for controlling flat gates in hydropower projects, water supply systems, and drainage facilities, with a hoisting capacity range of 160kN to 12500kN and a lift coverage of 30m to 160m.
Structural Features
Utilizes a three-stage reduction structure (motor, reducer, screw pair drive), featuring a compact design and high load-bearing capacity, making it adaptable to high-lift operations. The structure includes components such as the motor, coupling, transmission shaft, and reducer, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
Safety Design
Equipped with a height indicator (accuracy ±5cm), limit switch, and load controller to ensure precise positioning and overload protection. The motor adopts an IP155 protection rating, meeting the requirements for long-term outdoor operation.
Operation Methods
Supports both on-site and remote control operations. In emergency situations, manual operation can be achieved via a hand-crank device. Some models support manual opening and closing in environments without power, making them suitable for special scenarios such as plains and mountainous areas.
