Zhixing Brand High-Temperature Manganese Series Phosphating Solution ZX-210

This agent is widely used as a manganese-based phosphating coating agent for heavy corrosion resistance and wear reduction on workpieces. It forms a uniform, fine gray-black to black phosphating film on the surface of the workpiece, which adsorbs oil, possesses high hardness, load-bearing capacity, and thermal stability. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for treating sliding friction components such as gears, bushings, cylinder liners, piston rings, camshafts, valve tappets, and other parts, improving the wear resistance of sliding friction components and the running-in performance of friction pairs. In the event of sudden lubrication failure, the phosphating film can also absorb certain mechanical stresses, preventing surface damage to the parts.

This agent is suitable for immersion treatment at high temperatures of 92–99°C. It features fast film formation, low residue, and easy management, making it widely applicable for gears, bushings, cylinder liners, piston rings, camshafts, valve tappets, and other components.

Process Flow:

1. Workpiece without rust: Standard treatment process: Degreasing → Rinsing → Surface conditioning → Phosphating → Rinsing → Rinsing → Drying

2. Workpiece with rust: Standard treatment process: Degreasing → Rinsing → Pickling → Rinsing → Surface conditioning → Phosphating → Rinsing → Rinsing → Drying

Preparation Method:

(Taking one ton as an example)

(1) Add 70% water to the treatment tank;

(2) Add 150 kg of this black phosphating agent (1:5) to the treatment tank and stir evenly;

(3) Add water to the working liquid level and heat to 95°C.

Process Indicators:

3.1 Total acidity: 60–90 points, free acid 6–9 points, acid ratio 6–9.

3.2 Treatment temperature: 92–99°C, treatment time: 15–30 minutes.

3.3 Phosphating must use a specialized manganese-based surface conditioner.

Surface conditioner tank concentration: 2–4 g/L, time 1–3 minutes.

The solution should be stirred with compressed air and replaced regularly.
