I. Product Overview
Measuring the DC resistance of windings is one of the routine tests for transformers. Its main purpose is to check the quality of connections or mechanical characteristics between windings and leads, as well as the balance of resistance between phases, ensuring the safe operation of the transformer.
Our company independently developed and produced the KE2540D Transformer DC Resistance Tester, which uses a 32-bit dual ARM core (dual CPU) as the processing core to control the entire unit. It automatically performs functions such as self-calibration, steady current judgment, data processing, and resistance display, capable of measuring the DC resistance of various types of transformers and mutual inductors. The instrument can operate directly using the built-in lithium battery, greatly facilitating field personnel.

1. The instrument supports both AC and DC power supply. When working in the field without an AC220V power source, it can operate directly using the built-in lithium battery, greatly meeting the needs of field testing (built-in power capacity: for example, testing an 800KVA power transformer, it can continuously test approximately 80 units);
2. The entire unit is controlled by a high-speed single-chip microcomputer, with a high degree of automation and simple operation;
3. The instrument adopts new power technology, with multiple current ranges and a wide measurement range. It automatically selects the current based on the load, making it suitable for DC resistance measurement of small and medium-sized transformers and voltage mutual inductors;
4. Comprehensive protection functions, reliably protecting against impact from back EMF, ensuring more reliable performance;
