Structural Features and Working Principle
The LLK-F(B)-B Type Explosion-proof Flow Switch is suitable for hazardous areas below Zone 1. It mainly consists of a switch body, float (or baffle), sensing magnetic rod, micro switch, and explosion-proof device. During operation, when the system flow changes, the float (or baffle) swings, driving the sensing magnetic rod to move up and down, which activates the micro switch contacts to close (or open), thereby outputting (or interrupting) a current signal to achieve alarm or interlock with control equipment.
