Product Features:

The air filter test bench uses a polydisperse aerosol generator to produce aerosols that meet filter measurement requirements. The aerosols are fully mixed uniformly through a duct ventilation system and measured with a laser particle counter, meeting the efficiency and resistance measurement requirements for filters with up to 99.99999% filtration efficiency. The counting method test bench consists of two parts: the air system and the detection system. This system can be divided into a fan room and a test bench based on layout, covering an area of approximately 20m*5m.

All testing instruments equipped with the filter test bench are imported brands; fully automated computer control with automatic data collection and report generation; capable of testing the counting efficiency of coarse and medium-efficiency filters; the test bench is structurally reasonable, aesthetically pleasing, and simple and convenient to operate.

The deviation from laboratory comparison results does not exceed 3%. Complies with national laboratory accreditation or production license application technical requirements.
