I. AT-BOS Integrated Building Equipment Monitoring System Overview

The integrated building equipment monitoring system, in accordance with the requirements of Section 18.14 of the "Standard for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings" GB 51348-2019, achieves building monitoring and management functions such as equipment monitoring, power monitoring, lighting control, residual current monitoring, energy metering, building environment monitoring, and energy efficiency management. The system equipment includes the distribution, conversion, protection, control, metering, and safety of electrical energy, as well as the monitoring, metering, control, and protection functions of the controlled equipment, along with human-machine control operations, information and status display, and network communication functions. The system interconnects building equipment control systems via a network to form a comprehensive integrated power supply, monitoring, and control system.

II. G.AS Air Conditioning Terminal Energy Efficiency Controller: Air Conditioning Terminal Control and Regulation

(1) Fan coil units are controlled by indoor thermostats to switch the electric two-way valves on their return water pipes.

(2) Fresh air handling units are regulated by temperature sensors installed on the main supply air duct, controlling the opening degree of the electric two-way valves on the return water pipes of the coil section to adjust the supply air temperature. Additionally, filter pressure alarms are set.

(3) Primary return air conditioning units are regulated by temperature sensors installed on the main return air duct, controlling the opening degree of the electric two-way valves on the return water branch pipes of the coil to adjust the indoor temperature. Additionally, filter pressure alarms are set.

2. Cold and Heat Source Side Control and Regulation

(1) The supply water temperature of cold (hot) water is controlled by the unit's built-in control system.

(2) Host unit operation scheduling: Based on changes in the supply-return water pressure difference on the load side, the opening degree of the pressure differential bypass valve located between the supply and return water mains is controlled. When the bypass flow reaches 110% of the rated flow of a single unit, one cold (hot) water unit is stopped, and its corresponding circulation pump is delayed and stopped.

(3) The conversion and operating status of equipment and valves under various air conditioning conditions are detailed in the facility diagram.

3. Start-Stop Control of Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems

Air conditioning units, fresh air handling units, exhaust fans, supply fans, etc., in this building are centrally started and stopped by the BA system, and their operating status is displayed in the air conditioning control room.

4. Monitoring and Data Acquisition:

The following data must be collected and monitored:

(1) Supply and return water temperatures of the air conditioning water system.

(2) Operating status of air conditioning units, fresh air handling units, host units, and fans.
