The cooling machine, also known as a cooler, is equipment used in the carbon and chemical industries. Materials produced by the kneading machine enter the cooling machine for kneading and cooling. The cooled materials are primarily the kneaded mixtures used in producing carbon rods for batteries or various anode carbon blocks for metal smelting. These mixtures are formed by uniformly heating and kneading melted pitch and carbon powder particles, resulting in a highly viscous substance. Before molding, this machine cools the kneaded material to allow the pitch smoke to escape, then supplies it to the next process. This prevents cracking in the formed carbon rods or blocks, avoiding waste products.
