TDA-6D Aerosol Generator

The TDA-6D is an aerosol generator, upgraded from the original 25KG to the current 15KG. It also uses Laskin nozzle jet technology to produce submicron suspended particles with concentrations ranging from 10 to 100 micrograms per liter in airflow rates from 50 to 2000 cubic feet per minute. All Laskin nozzle jet dust generators feature a durable stainless steel structure, a large filling port, independent nozzle control, pressure control, and a standard 3-inch clean connection output. An optional adapter allows suspended particles to be introduced into positive pressure systems. Whatever your testing needs, we have a model that meets your requirements.
The TDA-6D is the latest design of a durable, lightweight Laskin nozzle dust generator. It is a standalone unit that only requires a suitable voltage supply to produce polydisperse submicron suspended particles.
The TDA-6D is recommended for testing systems with airflow rates of 2000 cubic feet per minute or below, making it an ideal workstation for negative pressure filtration units, biosafety cabinets, ceiling filter modules, small or portable clean units, or HEPA filter units during installation when suitable clean compressed air is not readily available. It is used to generate aerosol particles upstream of high-efficiency filters and is recommended for small filtration units such as biosafety cabinets, laminar flow hoods, and small portable clean rooms.
