An electronic length counter is a device that utilizes electronic components to measure length. Compared to traditional length counters, electronic length counters offer advantages such as strong anti-interference capability, high design accuracy, high reliability, ease of use, and clear readability. They are widely used in industries such as papermaking, printing, textiles, rubber, and plastics for the display and control of length, quantity, flow, etc.
An intelligent length counter, also known as a length measuring instrument, is typically used in conjunction with a measuring wheel and sensor. The measurement coefficient is the circumference of the wheel (2πr), which is the length covered per revolution. Each time the sensor (photoelectric switch or proximity switch) is triggered during the wheel's rotation, the counter accumulates the wheel's circumference.

The display board supports two modes: direct connection and computer control;
1. Can be directly connected to the length counter.
2. Can communicate with PLC devices via MODBUS protocol.
3. Counting methods: photoelectric sensor (NPN, PNP), button, PLC switch, etc.
4. Reset or set initial value.
5. Power supply: AC220V, compatible with DC24V proximity switches.
6. Operating environment: temperature -10℃ to 40℃, relative humidity <85%
