Properties: Yellow powder; relative density 2.01～2.07; soluble in benzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in water; ignition temperature 240℃.
Applications: Used as a high-temperature rapid vulcanization accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and latex, applicable in thiuram sulfur-free vulcanization systems. Mainly used in the production of wires, industrial products, adhesive tapes, and extruded products. Also serves as a stabilizer for halogenated rubber and a thermal stabilizer for general vulcanized rubber.
Packaging: 25kg woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry place with good ventilation. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight; shelf life is 1 year.
Note: This product can be processed into ultra-fine powder according to customer requirements.
