1. Product Description
Magnesium oxide single crystal is a high-purity magnesium oxide single crystal produced during the manufacturing process of high-purity fused magnesia, using high-purity magnesium oxide as the raw material. It contains over 99.90% MgO, with a bulk density greater than 3.5 g/cm3. It is a colorless transparent crystal with excellent resistance to high and low temperatures (high temperature 2500°C, low temperature -270°C), corrosion resistance, insulation, good thermal conductivity, and optical properties. It is widely used in the production of ferroelectric thin films, magnetic thin films, optical thin films, and high-temperature superconducting thin films. Its application fields include: ① Substrate for high-temperature superconducting device growth (superconducting quantum devices, CT, communications); ② High-temperature high-precision optical materials (aviation, aerospace, laser guidance, military industry); ③ Plasma display thin films (flat panel displays PDP, mobile phone and TV screens); ④ High-temperature crucible materials (neutron detection, metallurgical industry); ⑤ High-temperature insulating materials, optical ceramics; ⑥ Semiconductor materials (substrates, sensors), etc.
