I. Product Composition
TD11 floating floor consists of a 50mm lightweight fire-resistant insulating material, rock wool, as the base layer, with 3mm and 2mm thick galvanized steel plates laid on top (bonded with 1mm thick damping adhesive in between), forming a floating deck structure. It is primarily used for local ship compartments (requiring A60 class fire resistance) and offers excellent vibration damping, noise reduction, sound insulation, and thermal insulation functions.

1. Excellent vibration damping, noise reduction, sound insulation, thermal insulation, and sound absorption functions; tested sound insulation value reaches 62 dB;
2. Lightweight, effectively reducing the lightship tonnage;
