- Function Introduction:
- The Beijiemei brand JMNQX-1 Endoscope Cleaning and Disinfection Workstation features a countertop made of imported polymer composite material, which is integrally die-cast to form a single sink, drying platform, and functional backplate. It is coated with DuPont antibacterial material, providing a smooth, seamless surface free of sharp edges, with antibacterial properties and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. The countertop is equipped with a high-pressure cleaning gun and specialized faucets. The workstation utilizes a microcontroller to automate cleaning control and disinfectant management (including automatic expiration discharge, expiry reminders, automatic concealment, and automatic liquid replenishment). The backplate includes a main power switch, main water switch, lighting, and drain valve switch. The cabinet houses components such as a water pump (high-pressure water supply device), air pump, and electromagnetic control valves.
- The perfusion control system and automatic disinfectant concealment system of this machine are managed by a microcontroller. The display features a blue backlit LCD screen with Chinese digital readouts and touch-sensitive buttons. It supports both programmed and manual operation modes. In programmed mode, the working time is preset, and the system operates according to the set procedure.
