Appearance: Colorless, transparent, and odorless liquid. The liquid state varies, with some being as clear and transparent as water, while others are as viscous as syrup.
Characteristics: Silicone oil possesses excellent properties, such as outstanding thermal oxidation stability; excellent cold resistance; viscosity stability; very low thermal conductivity; highly inert chemical properties; very low surface tension; mold release and non-adhesion properties; defoaming; hydrophobicity; physiological effects; electrical properties; shear resistance; compressibility; solubility; lubricity; radiation resistance.
Applications: Widely used in electrical insulation, mold release, defoaming, damping, shock absorption, rolling, dust prevention, waterproofing, high and low humidity environments, electronics, coatings, construction, transportation machinery, textiles, and papermaking.
