XP618 Water-based Lubricant

Product Overview XP618 is a water-soluble lubricant with excellent lubricity, compatibility, and low foaming properties. It is used in formulating fully synthetic metalworking fluids.

Application
XP618 is specifically designed for use in fully synthetic metalworking fluids to improve the lubrication and wetting properties of the working fluid. The recommended dosage is 5~40%.
? Significantly enhances the penetration and lubrication performance of the formulation during high-speed cutting processes.
? Has no impact on the tramp oil resistance of the working fluid, regardless of the dosage.
