Dow CorningTC5021 thermal conductive grease is an environmentally friendly, single-component product with medium viscosity and low volatile organic compound content. This solvent-based elastic silicone resin offers excellent wear resistance and can cure at room temperature or be accelerated by heating. Dow Corning's viscosity is approximately 836 Pa·s, providing good fluidity for convenient and efficient application. Under conditions of 150°C/24 hours, its oil separation rate is less than 0.001%. The product can be used long-term within a temperature range of -50°C to 200°C, demonstrating outstanding temperature resistance.

Application methods for Dow Corning TC5021: Apply by spraying, brushing, flowing, dipping, or automated selective methods. For spraying, dilution to 60% is recommended. For dip coating, the material can be used as-is or diluted with solvent to achieve a thinner coating. Ensure solvents are kept free from moisture, and cover the dip tank when not in use.
