Introduction1. Principle and Usage Method of Length-of-Stain Gas Detection Tubes
Principle
The basic detection principle for CO, CO2, H2S, O2, SO2, NH3, and other detection tubes is linear colorimetry. This means that the target gas passes through the detection tube and reacts with the indicator gel to produce a color change, forming a discoloration layer (stain column). The length of the discoloration layer is proportional to the concentration of the target gas.

4. Storage and Transportation Conditions
This product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light. Direct sunlight is strictly prohibited. The storage temperature should not exceed 40°C. As it is a glass product, handle with care.
5. Usage Method
All detection tubes can be used in conjunction with a cylindrical positive-pressure sampler for gas detection tubes.
At the measurement site, flush the sampler with air, then draw a specific volume of ambient air. Cut both ends of the detection tube and connect the lower end (the end with the "0" concentration scale) to the outlet of the sampler (detector) using a short rubber tube. Pass the air through the detection tube at a uniform speed for the specified time. Then, directly read the percentage concentration of the target gas based on the number indicated at the top of the discoloration column (or ring).
