Instructions: 1. This series of containers features heating and thermal insulation functions. They are manufactured, pressure-tested, and accepted in accordance with the "Technical Conditions for Steel Welded Containers." Our company undertakes the manufacturing and processing of atmospheric pressure vessels. 2. Available in capacities ranging from 100L to 4000L for your selection. Custom design and processing are also available based on actual customer requirements. 3. This series of containers comes in two forms: with legs or hanging supports, for your choice. 4. The sealing of the stirring shaft uses imported sanitary-grade mechanical seals. The reducer employs a domestically renowned frequency converter for speed control, with stirring speeds ranging from 36 to 120 rpm. Alternatively, cycloidal pin reducers and worm gear reducers can be used. 5. The container insulation material is high-temperature resistant, anti-aging pearl cotton. 6. Interfaces adopt the internationally standard quick-install chuck type. The inner tank is made of imported 316L or 304 stainless steel, with an inner surface mirror polished to Ra0.28μm and an outer surface brushed or made of imported 304 mirror panel. 7. The tank is equipped with a level gauge (non-contact ultrasonic or glass tube type), air breather port, thermometer (digital or dial type), CIP universal tank washer, two sight glasses, several imported liquid ports, and a manhole.
