Dongguan Standards Testing Product Testing Co., Ltd.

With China's accession to the WTO, the demand for import and export commodity inspection has been increasing day by day. To cater to this trend, the Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre established an independent, non-profit product testing center in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China—"Dongguan Standards Testing Product Testing Co., Ltd." The center held its opening ceremony in 2008 and officially commenced operations. Covering an area of over 35,000 square meters, the center provides one-stop comprehensive services for manufacturers in the region. Services include testing services, inspection services, certification services, and technical services.

Dongguan Standards Testing has successfully obtained the "Qualification Certificate for Institutions Engaged in Import and Export Commodity Inspection" issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ). It has also gained recognition from numerous national and international authoritative bodies, including the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), Govmark (USA), and the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS). Additionally, Dongguan Standards Testing has been authorized as a laboratory by the Zhongyinbiao (Beijing) Safe Beverage Certification Center. Its anechoic chamber has also received recognition from the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), laying a solid foundation for long-term development.

In the coming years, Dongguan Standards Testing will further expand its services and scope of recognition, investing more resources in the development of laboratory instruments, equipment, and management systems. This will enable the center to provide more comprehensive testing and certification services for domestic enterprises and manufacturers, assisting the industry in promoting industrial and commercial development.

We are recognized by multiple authoritative bodies, including the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), the International Wool Secretariat (IWS), Marks & Spencer (M&S), the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA), and Govmark (USA).

2. Filling materials must first meet the testing requirements of the UK Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988.

3. This testing standard includes four different hazard levels: low, medium, high, and very high hazard. The appropriate hazard level test is selected based on the intended use of the product.
