DEV soundproof glass utilizes glass panes with different vibration coefficients, arranging them based on the source and direction of noise. When sound wave vibrations transmit through DEV soundproof glass, they cause panes with varying vibration coefficients to vibrate and resonate at different amplitudes. Through the stretching and compression of the EVA interlayer film, friction converts the kinetic energy of sound waves into heat, which dissipates through the glass surface, thereby achieving excellent sound insulation performance.

      The DEV soundproof glass produced by our company is strictly manufactured and processed according to our patented technical requirements, ensuring stable and reliable product quality. Compared to PVB laminated glass of the same thickness, DEV soundproof glass reduces weight by over 30% while maintaining the same sound insulation level. Alternatively, at the same thickness, DEV soundproof glass improves sound insulation by approximately 32% compared to PVB laminated glass. More importantly, the EVA interlayer used in DEV soundproof glass exhibits excellent ductility, with a usable temperature range from 60°C to -40°C. Within this range, the performance of DEV soundproof glass remains almost unchanged. In contrast, PVB laminated glass hardens below 10°C, which affects its sound insulation effectiveness, making DEV soundproof glass an ideal choice.

       Our company produces a series of DEV soundproof glass products, including 13mm thick DEV13 with a sound insulation rating of up to 43dB, 16mm thick DEV16 with a sound insulation rating of up to 49dB, and 19mm thick DEV19 with a sound insulation rating of up to 51dB.
