【Source】The bulb of the Allium plant in the Liliaceae family. Harvested in early summer, cleaned of soil, and air-dried or baked until the outer skin is dry.

【Main Components】

Propyl disulfide (approximately 60%), diallyl disulfide (23%~39%), diallyl trisulfide (13%~19%), propyl disulfide (4%~5%), and over 100 volatile sulfur-containing compounds such as methyl disulfide. Total sulfur content is about 35%.

【Preparation Method】

The bulb of the perennial herb (garlic) in the Liliaceae family is crushed and fermented in water (1:7) at 50~60°C for 3 hours, followed by distillation for 0.5~2 hours.
