Description:
The FPS-1 is a fast optical probe designed for visualizing and measuring the temporal characteristics of laser beams within a spectral range of 193 nm to 1100 nm. It incorporates a UV-enhanced silicon PIN photodiode, engineered to convert optical signals into electrical signals, which can then be measured using third-party instruments such as oscilloscopes or spectrum analyzers for measurement purposes. The FPS-1 has a rise time of 1.5 nsec. Reverse bias voltage is supplied either by an internal battery or an external DC power source (included).
