JTN 1091 is a single-component, UV-curable, acrylate-based adhesive. This product is specifically designed for bonding plastic to plastic, potting, and coating protection. It features medium viscosity, fast curing speed, high transparency, and excellent weather resistance.

Curing Conditions
JTN 1091 cures under sufficient ultraviolet irradiation. The curing speed and depth depend on light intensity, spectral distribution of the light source, exposure time, and the light transmittance of the bonded materials. The following data were measured under UV radiation of 20 mW/cm2 from a high-pressure mercury lamp:

Storage Conditions
Store in a cool, dark place. After opening, ensure the bottle cap is tightly closed. Do not pour unused adhesive back into the original container. Storage temperature should be between 8-28°C; temperatures too high or too low may affect the adhesive's performance. Shelf life is 8 months.
