Pipe and Fitting Installation Method
　　1. Pipe Cutting: According to usage requirements, measure the length and use a hacksaw, manual saw, small circular saw blade, or other cutting tools to cut the required pipe. After cutting, ensure both ends are vertically flat, use a file to remove burrs, and chamfer the edges, but not excessively.
　　2. Pipe and Fitting Bonding: Before bonding, perform a trial assembly of the pipe fittings, determine the installation position and mark it. Lightly sand the mating points of the pipe and fittings with sandpaper or gauze, then clean with acetone-soaked cotton yarn. After the acetone evaporates, apply a uniform layer of adhesive to the bonding surfaces of both the pipe and fittings using a brush, ensuring no areas are missed. Insert immediately after application and rotate to the desired assembly angle. A wooden mallet can be used to tap the pipe fully into the socket. It will self-set in about 2-3 minutes. Do not forcibly disassemble or change direction at this time, as it may cause leakage. After assembly, promptly wipe off any excess adhesive squeezed out from the joint to keep the pipeline clean.
　　3. Bell-End Pipe Connection: First, clean the inner wall of the bell-end pipe and the outer wall of the straight pipe insertion part. Rotate the rubber ring into the groove at the bell end (the sloped end of the rubber ring faces outward). Then, apply lubricant to the insertion part of the straight pipe that will contact the rubber ring. Finally, align and insert the straight pipe end into the bell end. Depending on the construction site, use a puller or pry bar to insert the straight pipe to the marked position. Measure the length of the bell-end part and mark it on the straight pipe (the length should be shorter than the bell-end length).
