KYJ-1000 Microcomputer Carton Compression Tester Product Introduction
The KYJ-1000 Whole Box Compression Tester is suitable for compression strength testing of various medium-sized conventional corrugated boxes or for the detection and testing of the whole box compression strength of packaging containers made from other materials, such as small paper boxes and color boxes, medium-sized cartons, large cartons, honeycomb cartons, plastic barrels, and other packaging products for food and beverages, instant noodle packaging, cosmetic box packaging, beer packaging, grain and oil packaging, etc.
KYJ-1000 Compression Tester Testing Functions
1. The compression tester has functions including testing, displaying, recording, statistics, printing, and real-time display of the compression curve for various parameters contained in the standards. It features data processing capabilities, directly providing statistical results for various data, and includes automatic reset and fault diagnosis functions for convenient operation.
2. Stacking Strength Test Function – Used to determine the sample's stacking strength by simulating supplementary pressurization in a packaging warehouse to a preset pressure and maintaining it. Throughout the test, the tester repeatedly adjusts the pressure in this manner until the specified stacking test time is reached. When the total deformation of the sample under pressure reaches 100mm, the tester automatically terminates the test.
3. Fixed Distance and Fixed Force Test Function – Used to determine the limited compression strength required for the sample. The upper platen of the tester moves downward at a set speed, applies pressure to the sample upon contact, and simultaneously measures the pressure value the sample receives. Measurement of the sample's deformation begins when the pressure value reaches 220N. The pressure value and the sample's compression deformation are automatically recorded when the preset compression distance or pressure is reached.
4. Compression Strength Test Function – Used to determine the compression strength of the sample. The upper platen of the tester moves downward at a set speed, applies pressure to the sample upon contact, and simultaneously measures the pressure value the sample receives. Measurement of the sample's deformation begins when the pressure value reaches the preset value. After the sample is crushed, the tester automatically records the peak pressure and the sample's compression deformation.
