Application Range
1. All gates are suitable for bulk materials with a bulk density of≤2.5t/m3, such as ores, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products. Material can be changed for highly corrosive or high-temperature conditions. For explosive environments, useXDGB electro-hydraulic pushers orDYQB explosion-proof electro-hydraulic rotary actuators.
2. Three-way diverters(Types A andB) can be directly connected to the lower flange of the belt conveyor head chute or other equipment discharge interfaces.Types C,D, andE three-way diverters have the same connection method but are generally used for materials with a bulk density of≤2.8t/m3, high abrasiveness, and harsh working conditions. They have larger structural dimensions (thicker liners), are heavier, and require additional support based on actual conditions.Types A,B,C,D, andE three-way diverters can achieve bidirectional material switching and diversion.
