Electric Diaphragm Control Valve Product Overview

Our company's ZDHG electric diaphragm control valve features a simple structure, low flow path resistance, and a flow capacity larger than other valves of the same caliber. It ensures leak-free sealing and can be used for regulating high-viscosity and suspended particle fluids. Depending on the diaphragm material (rubber or PTFE), it is suitable for controlling strong alkalis and highly corrosive media. This electric diaphragm control valve is composed of a diaphragm valve paired with various types of linear electric actuators. The electric actuator used with the electric diaphragm control valve includes a built-in servo system, eliminating the need for an additional servo amplifier. It operates with an input control signal (4-20mA or 1-5VDC) and single-phase power supply, enabling the regulation of parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level.
