The IQS516 multifunctional process calibrator is a thermal instrument calibration device that supports measurement and output of various parameters such as current, voltage, resistance, frequency, thermocouples, and RTDs. The device offers advantages such as high precision, compact size, lightweight design, and easy one-handed operation. Calibration, maintenance, and servicing of secondary field instruments can be completed with just one device, significantly improving the efficiency of on-site instrument calibration.

● Capable of measuring/outputting current, voltage, frequency, and resistance;
● Two isolated channels supporting simultaneous measurement and output;
● Can simulate the measurement and output of RTDs and thermocouples, with cold junction compensation provided for thermocouple measurement and output;
● Customizable new thermocouple types based on requirements;
● Offers manual stepping, automatic stepping, 0–100% step, and slope output functions;
● Provides DC 24V loop power supply for convenient on-site device debugging and power usage;
● Effective protection features, including IP67 waterproof rating and automatic protection against accidental connection of 220V to any signal terminal;
● Dual-channel measurement capability for current, voltage, resistance, and millivolts with upper and lower screens.
