This equipment adopts a centrifugal sliding groove rotor, which is the latest structural evaporator from abroad. It can form a thin film even with very low flow rates. The deposits in the processing liquid adhering to the inner wall surface of the cylinder evaporation section can be quickly removed by the movable scraper. Compared to fixed-gap scraper evaporators, the evaporation capacity can be increased by 40-69%. It possesses the following performance characteristics:

       4. By changing the rotation direction of the scraper groove, the processing time of materials in the evaporator can be adjusted.
       5. The inner wall of the evaporation section cylinder is precision-bored and polished, making it less prone to coking and scaling.
       6. Easy to operate, with simple adjustment of product indicators. Under sealed conditions, it can perform continuous production automatically.
       7. The equipment occupies a small area, has a simple structure, is easy to maintain, and simple to clean.
