I. Adoption of Swivel-Type Safety Door Structure
This design enables fully automatic opening and closing of the tank lid; the opening and closing of the extraction tank are smooth and free from impact. It allows for high-temperature extraction, providing more options for the extraction process and accommodating some special process requirements, such as introducing steam at a certain pressure for material fumigation treatment. It is safe and reliable, with comprehensive safety protection functions. For example, when there is pressure inside the tank, the lid cannot be opened; when liquid remains at the bottom of the tank, the lid cannot be opened; when the lid is not properly closed, the locking mechanism will not activate. The redesigned sealing ring has a rational structure and a long service life. Based on actual user experience, the extraction tank can be used for at least ten years or more, with no leakage at the bottom of the tank.
II. Double-Layer Bottom Filter Plate Structure
The filter plate at the bottom of the extraction tank adopts a double-layer design. One layer is a 5-6mm thick stainless steel plate with 10mm diameter round holes, serving as a support layer. Above the support layer is a 0.6mm thin stainless steel plate densely perforated with 0.5X10mm elongated holes, which are relatively less prone to clogging. This layer of steel plate is processed using laser punching, resulting in a smooth surface that is easy to clean. Both filter plates feature a hinge structure at approximately one-quarter of their area, allowing easy opening for inspecting the cavity beneath the filter plate and facilitating cleaning. This ensures thorough cleaning of the extraction tank. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a solvent distribution space and flow-guiding components, which are conducive to cyclic extraction and solvent transfer.
III. Adoption of Sight Glass with Scraper Brush
Addressing the drawbacks of conventional multifunctional extraction tanks, where the top sight glass is small and easily contaminated during boiling extraction, making it difficult to clearly observe the extraction process inside the tank, our company's extraction tank is newly designed with an integrated sight glass equipped with a scraper brush or water spray function. This provides better illumination and a larger observation area.
IV. Use of High-Quality Flexible Pipes on the Bottom Tank Lid
High-quality flexible pipes are used on the bottom lid of the extraction tank, ensuring reliable connections, no leakage, long service life, high-temperature resistance (150°C), and maintenance-free operation. They require no replacement or any maintenance for at least five years.
V. Adoption of Cylinder-Based Lid Opening and Closing Mechanism
Two sufficiently high-force cylinders are correspondingly installed on the side of this extraction tank to execute the opening and closing of the tank. These cylinders have a long stroke. When opening the lid, pressing the open button causes the cylinders to complete their entire stroke at a certain speed, gradually opening the extraction tank lid and allowing the medicinal residue to slowly fall into the waste cart below the tank. Moreover, releasing the open button immediately stops the opening process, ensuring excellent safety and control over the descent of the medicinal residue.
