I. Development Background

II. Functional Overview

1. Basic Principle

The natural gas pressure monitoring and alarm device typically consists of a pressure sensor, signal processing circuit, alarm, and power supply. Its working principle involves converting the pressure signal in the pipeline into an electrical signal via the pressure sensor. The signal is then amplified, filtered, and compared through the signal processing circuit, ultimately triggering the alarm to alert personnel for timely action.

2. Functional Features

a. Real-time Monitoring: The natural gas pressure monitoring and alarm device can monitor pipeline pressure in real time, recording pressure values and trends to help personnel stay informed about pipeline operation status.

b. Overpressure Alarm: When the pipeline pressure exceeds the preset value, the device immediately triggers the alarm to alert personnel to take measures, ensuring pipeline safety. It can also automatically cut off the solenoid valve.

3. Usage Instructions

a. Installation: Install the device at key positions of the natural gas pipeline to ensure the sensor accurately detects pipeline pressure.

b. Parameter Settings: Set alarm thresholds, alarm methods, and other parameters according to actual needs. The alarm values can be modified independently.

c. Operation Monitoring: Once the device is activated normally, it automatically monitors pipeline pressure. When an alarm is triggered, personnel must take timely action.
