Application Instructions
Surface Preparation: Thoroughly remove oil, rust, and scale from the substrate surface through sandblasting or shot blasting to achieve a rust removal grade of Sa2.5 standard, with a roughness of 30-70μm; manual rust removal to St3 grade is also acceptable, with roughness of 30-70μm. Remove dust and oil to ensure the surface is clean and dry.
Thinner: Use deionized water or qualified tap water as the thinner.

Application Methods: Airless spraying, air spraying, brush application, roller application (specialized)

Usage Method: Stir Component A thoroughly, add the required amount of Component B as specified, and mix well. Add an appropriate amount of thinner according to the application method, stir evenly, and then use. After mixing Components A and B, the mixture must be used within the pot life to avoid solidification.

Precautions
It is recommended to use the product in dry and sunny weather or under good construction conditions and environment.
Application temperature should be above 10°C, relative humidity below 70%, and air velocity above 0.5m/s.
Do not use excessive thinner; over-dilution may destabilize the paint and affect its performance.
After mixing both components, use within the pot life corresponding to the temperature; quality assurance decreases if exceeded.
After applying the water-based paint, ensure sufficient drying time under ambient conditions; avoid exposure to water, steam, or mist during this period, as it may affect quality and performance.
