Haolang Pipeline Coke Cleaner is a new energy-saving product primarily designed to remove tar, ash residue, impurities, and other deposits generated inside gas generator pipelines. It is particularly effective for already clogged pipelines.
This agent is a solid compound formulated through processes such as crushing, mixing, and drying, composed of various high-molecular inorganic compounds including combustion aids, catalysts, oxidizers, decomposers, penetrants, and cleaning agents. Its unique high-precision fully synthetic formula effectively loosens and dislodges tar, ash residue, and impurities within the pipeline, allowing them to flow into the pipeline water seal and ultimately restoring unimpeded flow.
Using this product can reduce the frequency of boiler shutdowns for cleaning, ease the difficulty of manual cleaning, and increase gas production, thereby achieving energy savings and emission reduction.
Usage and Dosage: This product can be added directly along with coal. The recommended dosage is 0.1% of the coal weight. For severe blockages or initial use, the dosage should be 2-3 times the normal amount.
Precautions: 1. Once the pipeline coke cleaner is used in the boiler, it must be used consistently, with effects beginning to show after 15 days.
2. This product is weakly alkaline; avoid handling with bare hands and prevent dust from being inhaled or entering the eyes.
Packaging and Storage: Packed in woven bags of 25kg. Store in a cool, dry place away from high temperatures, direct sunlight, and open flames. Protect from moisture. If caking occurs, crush with a wooden rod; do not strike or impact with metal tools. Shelf life: 3 years.
