1. Engage in the construction of ports, docks, dry docks, shipways, ship locks, navigation lift systems, channel dredging, land reclamation, port area storage yards, embankment revetments, underwater blasting and clearing of reefs, as well as corresponding silos, underwater foundations, earthwork, navigation markers, trestles, coastal and offshore hydraulic engineering, installation of port loading and unloading equipment, installation of navigation structure equipment, underwater excavation, heavy lifting, and inland river salvage and obstacle clearance.

7. Desulfurization and Anti-Corrosion
Coal used in thermal power plants contains sulfur, which produces sulfur dioxide during combustion, severely impacting the atmospheric environment after emission.
