Application of Tilt Sensor in Hydraulic Drill Bit Angle Control

The attitude of the hydraulic drill bit determines the success of the drilling process, or whether the final hole meets the owner's requirements. At the same time, the project requires drilling at specific angles, and the tilt sensor can easily achieve this requirement. This involves installing the tilt sensor inside the drill bit to detect its attitude in real-time, either during drilling or when the machine is stopped. The sensor must withstand significant impact and offer high reliability.
Our tilt sensor products include:
1. Single-axis and dual-axis (measuring tilt angles in forward-backward and left-right directions)
2. Measuring range: 0 to ±180° (optional)
3. Power supply voltage: DC 9–36V (can be directly connected to the equipment's battery)
4. Output signals: 0–5V, 4–20mA, RS232/485, CAN bus, switch signals, and other analog or digital methods.
