Intelligent Unit Valve

The intelligent unit valve, also known as the unit balancing valve, is a multifunctional smart IoT hydraulic balancing valve that integrates pressure collection, temperature collection, remote and Bluetooth near-end and local regulation. By collecting and analyzing the return water temperature, it automatically adjusts the valve opening according to the set temperature, eliminating heat energy waste caused by hydraulic imbalance in the secondary network through flow regulation. Monitoring and control enable intelligent unattended operation, eliminating the need for manual debugging, simplifying the maintenance process, and reducing operating costs.

Technical Parameters

1. Communication function: Provides RS-485/NB/4G interfaces, supports Modbus protocol, and can easily interface with upper-level computers and transmission devices such as PLCs, DCSs, and computers that have RS-485/NB/4G communication interfaces.

2. Intelligent control function: Can be programmed via the RS-485 interface. After programming, it can automatically adjust the valve opening without the need for human intervention or an upper-level computer. Under the control of an upper-level computer, the intelligent control valve can execute commands such as opening the valve, closing the valve, and adjusting the valve opening.

3. Anti-jamming design

When the valve is stuck by foreign objects, it automatically stops after a certain period to prevent motor burnout.

4. Manual operation design

When the electric part of the valve fails, it can be opened or closed manually using a hand crank.
