1. Product Overview

The TC-20A Fully Automatic Digital Adhesion Tester is an intelligent adhesion testing instrument newly developed by our company. It performs pull-off tests on coatings of specific areas through hydraulic pressure, with the entire pull-off process automatically completed by the instrument.

The pull-off speed is stable and controllable, avoiding errors caused by unstable manual pressure application. The pull-off force is accurately displayed on a digital display, with three unit options: MPa, psi, and kN. The instrument can set an upper pressure limit, enabling precise pressure application on samples.

After reaching the set pressure, the holding time can be configured to evaluate the durability of the sample under sustained pressure.

This instrument complies with standards such as GB/T 5210, ASTM D4541/D7234, and ISO 4624/16276-1. It features simple operation, high accuracy, low maintenance costs, and affordable consumables, making it widely used for adhesion testing of coatings on concrete substrates, anti-corrosion coatings, or between different layers in multi-coat systems.

2. Product Details

● Portable design with a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, eliminating the need for an external power source. Suitable for use at construction sites, production facilities, and laboratories.

● USB flash drive storage technology with a Type-C interface allows direct copying of stored test data when connected to a computer, without requiring additional driver software. Simple and convenient to use.

● Built-in real-time clock ensures all saved data include corresponding test dates and times, facilitating data management and summarization.

● Pull-off dolly sizes of 10, 14, 20, and 50 mm are available for products with different bonding strengths, expanding the instrument’s functionality and resolution.

● Each instrument is calibrated before leaving the factory using a CMA-traceable pressure sensor, with an accuracy of ±1% of the full scale.

● Internal storage of pull-off data, including maximum pull-off force, pull-off rate, test time, and dolly size.

● Simple button operation for selecting dolly size, changing measurement units, or storing readings.

● No conversion tables needed; the instrument automatically calculates pull-off force based on dolly size.

● Cost-effective aluminum dollies compliant with international standards.

● Aluminum self-centering pull-off unit ensures even force distribution on smooth or uneven surfaces, preventing unilateral pull-off.
