PES Micro Powder

1.Product Introduction

This product is a pure polytetrafluoroethylene superfine powder modified through special processes, using genuine PES as raw material with low volatile content and minimal discoloration at high temperatures. When added to substrates requiring modification in specific proportions, it effectively enhances heat resistance, wear resistance, and non-stick properties in applicable fields.

Recommended for use in (but not limited to) water-based coatings and material toughening.

3.Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1 Marking

The packaging drum of this product shall have firm and clear markings indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), and net content.

3.2 Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net content of (15±0.2) kg per drum. Each drum shall include a product certificate containing: company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net content, and production date. Special packaging requirements shall be negotiated between the supplier and the customer.

3.3 Storage

It should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry warehouse to prevent agglomeration of the resin and contamination by moisture, dust, and other impurities.

3.4 Transportation

This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation. It should be protected from moisture and severe vibration during transit.
