1.We know that due to the large volume of syringes, the most unstable one is the printing process, during which many printing problems would exist. So for the benefit of our customers, we arrange workers at the end of every assembling machine and packing machine to carefully check the quality of the syringe under the light. 

2.Everyday when turning on the injection machine, we will first test whether the metal detector can detect the mixed needle with fixed sample syringes and the testing result will be recorded to ensure that foreign mental objects won't mix into our syringes. 

3.Quality testing steps must comply with ISO13485. 

4.64 cctv are installed to monitor the production process and the videos are kept to find the reason of the problem. 

5.During the printing procedure, the grease ink should be added in a fixed proportion of thinner, then we will the use the cup to test the adhesion for the ink. 

6.Clean room reports are kept for check.
