1. High-Performance Resins and Coatings

Unsaturated Polyester Resin: Introduced into the resin system as a crosslinking agent to form a high-density crosslinked network, enhancing the heat resistance (glass transition temperature increased by 20-30°C) and mechanical strength (tensile strength increased by 15-20%) of the resin. 2. Superabsorbent Polymers (SAP)

Photoresist Additive: Compounded with Propylene Glycol Methyl Ether Acetate (PMA) to adjust the viscosity and leveling of the photoresist, meeting the high-precision requirements of semiconductor manufacturing. Its low volatility (volatility rate is only 0.08 times that of butyl acetate) can reduce solvent loss during the coating process.
