The coal dust explosion testing device is available in two specifications: standard type and intelligent type. The standard type requires manual observation of flame conditions, while the intelligent type uses a mobile rail-guided dedicated flame imaging system to store flame images in a computer, allowing playback of coal dust flame images and reducing errors in manual scale recognition. The intelligent type is also equipped with a coal dust explosibility identification experiment management system.
